Permaprint Paper Water based Ink ñ a range of Screen Printing Inks formulated to provide excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrates. This includes sealed paper, cardboard, tyvek, polyesters (mylar), polycarbonates (lexan). Also some coated metals and poly-styrene and exhibits exceptional water resistance once dried.

How to Use Permaprint Paper Water based Ink :-

Stencil: Use Water Resistant Emulsions such as Ulano 925WR and Dirasol 25
Squeegee: Typically 65 ñ 80 Blade
Mesh: 32T ñ 120T (low mesh count for substrates such as wallpaper, recommend 77 ñ 100T for typical poster printer)
Cleaning: Use Water
Thinning: Use up to 1-3% water
Curing: Air dry
Use up to 3% QR1722 retarder to keep the ink wet if required

Stir well before use.

To reduce the risk of the ink drying in the screen, flood the stencil after the print stroke.

PERMASET Inks are vegan. Ingredients are not sourced from animals and inks are not tested on animals. Ingredients that are sourced from plants are certified GMO free.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times - Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Shipping Methods & Costs - Standard UK delivery: 2–4 business days. Express UK delivery: 1–2 business days. International delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on location. Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Restrictions - Certain solvents and chemicals may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations. We will notify you if your order is affected.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage - We deliver across the UK mainland and selected international destinations. Some restricted or hazardous items (certain solvents/chemicals) may have limited delivery options in line with carrier and legal regulations. Delivery Times - Standard delivery within the UK: 2–4 business days. Express delivery within the UK: 1–2 business days. International delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance. Delivery Charges - Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free UK delivery on orders over £150 (before VAT). Missed Deliveries - If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a card with re-delivery instructions or deliver to a local collection point. Re-delivery fees may apply if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful. Special Requirements - Large orders, pallets, or hazardous goods may require special delivery arrangements. Our customer service team will contact you if this applies. Delays - While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can occur due to courier capacity, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you promptly if your delivery is affected.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened, used, or custom-mixed items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective or Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
