MagnaPrint Plascharge is a formaldehyde-free discharge underbase and plastisol hybrid ink system for use on cotton and viscose fabrics. The clear discharge underbase is activated with Activator M powder at 6% and can be used as a standalone underbase overprinted with plastisol or high-solids inks, or mixed 50/50 with plastisol for hybrid printing. It accepts up to 50% plastisol ink loading and is cured via the standard plastisol process route. Available in 1 kg and 5 kg.
