TexCharge TC is a discharge ink system which produces exceptionally bright, soft handle prints on suitably dyed fabrics. Requires activator to discharge.

Must be heat cured. 160°C for 2-3 minutes.

Thinning If necessary, thin with up to 5% water.

Dried ink must be washed out with ZT639 Screen Wash Universal.

Mesh: 34-62t for line colours. 90t for trichromatic printing.

Stencil Emulsion Recommended: Dirasol 916 or MagnaPrint Emulsion.

Coverage: Up to 10-14 m2/kg through 43t.

Applications: 100% Cotton garments only. T-shirts, sports and fashion wear. Only fabrics specifically prepared for discharge printing.
