We manufacture our own range of cleaning products which include Degreasers, Screenwashes, Stencil stripping solutions and Haze/Ghost image removers.
With the products from FujiFilm Sericol (Xtend Range) and Sun Chemical as well, we have the largest range of cleaning solutions available in the UK.
Screenwashes
Traditional screencleaners and screenwashes for reclaiming screens are available.
Greater environmental awareness and a move to products with a greater operator comfort has led to the development of a new range of screenwashes, zero VOC washes, low odour washes and water dilutable (all in one) washes are all available.
Stencil Strippers
A full range of stencil removing products.
- Concentrate solution to be diluted with water
- Gel Paste, ready to use
- Solve solution, ready to use
- Powder/crystals, to be mixed with water
Haze removers and Alkaline pastes
We have products for the removal of stubborn ink, stencil residues and diazo stains. Traditional blends of alkaline pastes and gels are available. However demand for less harsh products, for both operator safety and mesh life extension has resulted in a range of lower caustic haze removers.
Bespoke Solutions
We can reformulate any of our chemical range if you have a specific requirement. We have done this on many occasions with some of the biggest screen printers in the UK.
